Kenya Semi-Arid Livestock Enhancement Support (K-SALES) was a three year Food for Progress initiative working in Meru, Tharaka Nithi, Kitui, Makueni, Taita Taveta, and Machakos Counties, as well as in Kenya’s Arid and Semi-Arid Lands, to improve the competitiveness of the livestock value chain, increase productivity and boost marketing and trade.
It was supported by United States Department of Agriculture through Land O’Lakes.
AGMARK implemented K-SALES activities in Taita Taveta County under a one year Fixed Obligation Sub Award from February 2015 to January 2016.
